Right after the JX Clinic, we’re stepping it up with the Senior Swimmer Clinic 💪💦

Here’s what’s lined up:

🏊 OnCore Session – 45m of working with former World Champion and dual World Record Holder Jade Edmistone (Australian Dolphin #604) as you take part in a OnCore session, that will assist in body position and holding water to make you more efficient in the water.
